Moxie 1600 Cleaner/Sealer is a ready-to-use, non-toxic liquid formulated for the prevention of water/ vapor migration and alkali/efflorescence attack and to protect and preserve concrete and masonry, while removing petroleum/hydrocarbon products from heavily soiled surfaces. It is the ultimate solution for all above/below grade water and premature weathering problems where the additional removal of petroleum/hydrocarbon based products is required.

Composed of inorganic, reactive, complex compounds which penetrate up to SEVEN INCHES, Moxie 1600 Cleaner/Sealer undergoes a chemical reaction with the byproducts of the curing process to form the highest density of cementitious materials, dramatically enhancing all of the natural characteristics of concrete and reducing the capillary voids to practically zero. It undergoes a chemical reaction producing a hard silicone resin seal. Field testing shows superior performance over silanes and siloxanes.

Loss of moisture at 24 hrs.= 0.433 k/m2 at 72 h's.= 0.541 k/m2

Application Method:

• Spray over area using a low pressure, Hudson type sprayer. Allow a rundown of 12 inches during application which will assure adequate coverage. A brush or roller may also be used. Apply second coat within 5 minutes of first.
• Allow 24 hours curing for maximum performance.

 

Surface Coverage:  50-100 sq. ft. per gallon, two coats, depending on porosity.
